X-02 power armor to be released to the public

The U.S. Military has just announced that X-02 power armor, coming from the line of powered armor suits that gave birth to the infamous X-01 and X-04 suits, is going to become public to civilians soon. This is likely due to the recent terrorist attacks conducted by HYDRA, ISIS, and other groups, such as the bombing of the TF2nimal Research Facility.
